The Consulate General of Cape Verde in the United States is honored to officially announce the next working visit of Mr. José Ulisses Correia e Silva, Prime Minister of the Republic of Cape Verde, to the states of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, from 2 to 5 July 2024.

The Prime Minister's visit aims to highlight the festivities marking the 49th anniversary of Cape Verde's independence, organized by various associations of Cape Verdeans residing in the USA.

On July 2nd, the Prime Minister will participate in the official opening of the Investment Forum, where Cape Verdean authorities will present investment opportunities in Cape Verde. The forum will also present legislation and new regulations on the status of emigrant investors, a topic of interest to the majority of our diaspora.
